Good afternoon. My name is…………... I am now 24 years old. I graduated from ………….. University, from the faculty of commerce and accountancy, majoring in marketing. For my work experience, I worked for ……………as a marketing officer. My hobbies are swimming, playing fitness, singing, and seeing movie.

2. Have you ever provided service to Japanese?
No, sir/ma'am/miss, but in my year at Ajinomoto, I usually worked with Japanese superiors.

3. Why would you like to be the F/A?
I would like to gain new experience with this challenging job. It will give me a chance to communicate, serve and interact with people from many countries who have different cultural background. I think I could learn something valuable from this job.

4. Do you know the responsibility and task of the F/A?
The F/A should provide the safety and comfort to the passenger as the fist priority. Also, they should provide the warm-hearted service to the passenger as well.

5. Why you apply for F/A of JALWAYS?
I think JALWAYS is one of the best airlines in the world. I know the company demands high-quality and high-standard from its employees -this is very challenging. Also, I like Japan and admire Japanese working style and Japanese culture. All of these make me very interested in working for JALWAYS.

6. What do you know about this airline?
JAWAYS is the Japanese airline which is under the JAL GROUP. It provides the airline service from the cities in Japan to the resort destination such as Hawaii, Honolulu, and Guam.

7. Please talk about pros and cons of this airline
There are many positive aspects about JAL and JALWAYS. From the customers' point of view, JAL provides sincerely warm hospitality, safe and reliable and overall high quality of service - resulting in a strong positive reputation. I don't really have negative views about the company.

8. Why you change your career?
I feel a job which involves constant interaction with customers and constant traveling is much more challenging than working in an office where I don't have much chance to meet different people and utilize my communication skills.

9. Have you ever applied for F/A of other airlines?
No, sir/ma'am/miss, this is the first time for me to apply for the F/A job and JAL is my first consideration.

10. Where would you like to go in Japan?
If I have an opportunity to travel in Japan, I would like to see Fuji-san (Mount Fuji), Tokyo Tower, Kyoto (ancient capital before Tokyo) and of course, Tokyo Disneyland.

11. If you have to stay in Japan, will you have any culture problem?
I would have no problem with staying in Japan since I am familiar with Japanese people and Japanese food as I have worked for a Japanese company in my previous job. Japanese and Thai cultures maybe different but one can always learn and adapt.

My father is a vice-director of Bangkok Metropolis Administration.

I have 2 elder brothers and 1 younger brother.

14. Do you like the person who likes to drink alcohol?
I feel neutral. But for myself, I do not drink.

15. If you are F/A, will your family has any problem regarding the far distance?
No sir/ma'am/miss, my family will not have any problem with that… they understand the nature of this job and they are very supportive.
 
16. Do you have any problem regarding the far distance from your boyfriend?
No sir/ma'am/miss, I would have no problem with that. Before I decide to apply for this job, I have already known about the nature of this job, so I would have no problem at all.

17. Do your family and your boyfriend support you to apply for this job?
Yes sir/ma'am/miss, they are very supportive and they always encourage me to pursue my goal.

18. What sports do you like?
I like swimming, fitness, badminton, and chair ball. Also, I used to be the school team player for chair ball as well.

No sir/ma'am/miss, I don't have any plan for that since I have done so ten years ago.

My hobbies are playing fitness, swimming, singing, and seeing movies. I always swim and play fitness once a week.

I have good personality and good communication and interaction skills. Also, I have service mind and love to meet different people. I could work with the other people well and also could adjust myself to work under different situations.

22. Why don't you work for the career which you study?
Because I think that I am more interesting in the F/A job. The reason I take the marketing class is because I would like to run my own business, not in the near future, but maybe when I am 35 years old - it is more like a long term goal of my life.

I like to work with Japanese. From my work experience, the teamwork, total commitment and respect for seniority are very important and admirable in Japanese working culture.

I don't like Wasabi because of its strong taste.

30. What kind of Japanese food that Thai people like?
I think many Thai people love several kinds of Japanese food as well. The popular menus might be Sushi, Nori-Maki, shabu-shabu, and tepanyaki.

31. Please recommend the healthy food
I would recommend Tofu which is made from soybean because it is very healthy and help prevent cancer. Soybean is also a good source of protein and is easily digestible.

I like pink and blue colors because they make me feel cheerful and happy.

No, our family does not keep any pet since my mother does not like it.

I think my strengths are patience, hard-working, friendliness and communication and interaction skills. For my weakness, sometimes I am too much considerate of another's feeling.

39. What are differences between Thai and Japanese people?
I think Japanese people are very concerned about politeness, respect, and harmony. But for Thai people, they are very concerned about interdependence, non-confrontation, and being considerate of another's feeling.
