1. กรรมการในการสัมภาษณ์จะเป็นผู้บริหารคนญี่ปุ่น 2-3 ท่าน บางครั้งอาจเป็นกรรมการไทยโดยมีกรรมการญี่ปุ่นหนึ่งคน คำถามส่วนใหญ่จะเป็นเรื่อง interests in this job, previous job, irregular in life style, hobbies, training negative issues and reaction, interest in Japan or in other countries, herself กรรมการอาจให้พูดแนะนำตัวอีกรอบเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ หากรู้ภาษาญี่ปุ่นจะให้พูดกับกรรมการญี่ปุ่นเลย การให้คะแนนจะดู appearance และการพูดจา ใช้เวลาในการสัมภาษณ์เดี่ยวประมาณครึ่งชั่วโมง
2. เมื่อพ้นขั้นตอนนี้ ผู้สมัครจะต้องไปคุยกับคนญี่ปุ่นที่มาจาก head office อีกครั้ง
