Is there any circular which declares the limits as regards to financial loss caused by railway servant?
In Rayagada east coast depo there was a shortage of HSD oil. Initially there was a departmental inquiry and another inquiry was conducted surpassing the previous one.The loss has already been waived out by ministry of railway.Who are the authority to conduct an inquiry regarding a loss of more than 5 lakhs?Is there any railway board circular in this regard?
